End-to-End Material & Process Control

We rigorously select foundries, partnering only with those certified to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, DNV, LR, BV, and others—ensuring advanced processes and comprehensive testing capabilities.
Most components are processed using CNC machining centers and automated welding robots, guaranteeing dimensional accuracy and consistency.

Strict Testing & Inspection System

Every valve undergoes rigorous shell and seal pressure tests in accordance with API 598/EN 12266 standards.

Traceability & Documentation

Each valve is assigned a unique serial or traceability number.
